We are the Support Staff of St. Clair College in Windsor, Chatham-Kent, Amherstburg and Wallaceburg.

 All Support Staff are covered by a collective agreement but OPSEU membership is not automatic. Signing your membership form makes you a Member in Good Standing, and makes you eligible for strike pay in the event of a labour interruption or strike. Every signed member increases the amount of funding our Local receives.

• Full-time – regularly employed more than twentyfour (24) hours a week
• Part-time – regularly employed not more than twentyfour (24) hours a week
• Appendix D – employed on a temporary or casual basis to replace bargaining unit employees absent due to vacation, sick leave, or leaves of absence
• Appendix G – students employed temporarily for more than twenty-four (24) hours per week during the period of mid-April to the last Friday before Labour Day
• Regular - employed in a continuous position of indefinite extent with regularly scheduled hours on a weekly basis (*Some may occupy less than 12 month positions)
• Student - students who are occupying positions that are only made available to current students of the College
